In Autumn 2017 I filmed and edited this short film for the Heritage Lottery Fund as part their Changing Lives campaign

The short film tells the story of Angela from Burnham-on-Crouch, who struggled with depression and anxiety after the deaths of her husband and grandson.  A Heritage Lottery funded campaign, Create and Flourish, helped Angela get through this difficult time in and look to the future.

I completed all of the filming, lighting and post-production on this project.  Filmed in HD with a Panasonic AG-AF101, editing and all post-production completed in Adobe Premiere Pro.  The film was produced by Shirley Mann from Harvest Creative.

Create and Florish CIC is an organisation based in Burnham-on-Crouch in Essex that works with people to help them to manage their mental health through gardening and arts and crafts activities and workshops.  Their work at the Arcadia Road allotments was awarded an HLF grant.

I hope you enjoy the film.  You can find other films that I have filmed and edited for Heritage Lottery Fund here
